Job Description :

Good com. Skills. Ticket Ownership logging, updating, and closing in service desk tool. Good Problem understanding skills, Keep the user updated for any call logged till the closure. Maintaining the user feedback against call closure. Co-ordination with backend teams for ticket escalations till closure. Co-ordination with support partners/vendors for AMC and warranty calls till closure. Maintain updated inventory at central repository (maintain system assignment and stock). co-ordination with backend technical team for ID creation, deletion, iD update or file server access. Basic troubleshooting for (Password resets/account unlock). Maintaining Daily Call Report.
