Brief Description of Duties Work Responsibilities ❖ A person should have experience of Team Leading, Sales Strategy, Customer Service, Training and Development, Good at communication & Sales Reporting. ❖ Daily visit at pan masala whole sale shop/ dealer / retail market & other market as per given tour plan. (Local and Out Town) ❖ Work to be done in market visit is as per following. ▪ To develop relationship. ▪ If there is a complaint, understand and solve it. ▪ Monitoring stock and sale. ▪ Reporting to seniors on what can be done better. ▪ Monitor/analyze competitors/markets. ▪ Filling of report in physical DSR / Application. ▪ Conducting market research. ❖ Must have knowledge about all products of the company. ❖ Developing the market ❖ Monitoring primary and secondary sales and achieving targets. ❖ To be aware of whether the work is done as per company rules and to report on
