Job Description :

1. Mobiliser will act as medium between Society and Organization to connect the youth with relevant skill development courses 2. Understand various skill development courses run by the organization and requirements by trainees to enroll for the courses 3. Develop rapport with relevant stakeholders – educational institutions; government institutions like panchayats, blocks; partner agencies; community etc. 4. Conduct awareness sessions at schools, ITIs, colleges, communities etc. regarding the skill development courses 5. Conduct door to door surveys in target localities as per pre-designed survey forms. 6. Ensure that mobilization targets are completed within a time frame.
