As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence within a designated geographical region. Your expertise in solar module products and solutions, combined with your strategic thinking and exceptional communication skills, will be instrumental in achieving our sales targets and business objectives. 7.Minimum 4 Years Experience required. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets within the assigned area. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and tailor strategies accordingly. 2. Business Development: Identify and engage with potential customers, partners, and key stakeholders to build and nurture strong business relationships. Actively seek out and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth. 3. Sales Execution: Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closing deals, and post-sales support. Deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to educate customers about the benefits and features of our solar module solutions. 4. Team Leadership and Collaboration: Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team within the assigned area, setting clear expectations and performance targets. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experiences and product feedback loops. 5. Market Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and adaptation of sales strategies. Generate regular and accurate sales reports for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and action plans. 6. Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, understanding their unique requirements and acting as a trusted advisor for their solar module needs. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications 1. B.Tech/Polytechnic/ITI degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or Graduation in any field. 2. Knowledge of electronic/electrical principles, circuitry, and components. 3. Understanding of basic troubleshooting techniques and practical application of electrical/electronic concepts. 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical approach to tasks. 5.
