As a Telesales caller, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and sales through outbound telephone calls to potential customers. Key Responsibilities 1. Make hybrid telephonic calls to potential customers to generate new business leads and sales. 2. Present product or service to potential customers and answer any questions they may have 3. Collaborate with other team members to share best practices and achieve sales goals. 4. Update customer records and have follow up Requirements 1. Basic computer skills 2. Ability to work with a high level of energy and motivation 3. 0 to 1 years of telecalling Preferred Qualifications 1. Previous experience in telecalling 2. Basic knowledge of educational programs 3. With the Ability to communicate with students and families in multiple languages.
