Sales Telecaller Job Description: A sales telecaller is responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone with the aim of generating leads, securing appointments, and closing sales. The job requires excellent communication skills, record-keeping abilities, and an excellent understanding of the products or services that the business is selling. Key Responsibilities: - Contact potential customers via telephone to generate leads and convert them into sales. - Identify and understand the needs of customers and provide them with the right product or service. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing them with excellent customer service. - Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and leads in the company database. - Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and to identify any new sales opportunities. - Work in collaboration with the sales team to achieve company goals and revenue targets. - Provide product information, pricing, and delivery information to customers. - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Attend sales training and other related meetings to keep up-to-date with product developments and market trends. Skills and Qualifications: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Sales and customer service experience. - Good time management and organizational skills. - Strong negotiation skills. - Ability to manage a high volume of calls and leads. - Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software. - Ability to work independently and as a part of a team. - Strong problem-solving skills. - Ability to multitask and work under pressure. - Diploma or degree in sales or marketing is a plus.
